Yes. We build homes in southeast Alabama, southwest Georgia and the northwest Florida panhandle. We are currently expanding our operation to include even more territory! Call to see if we are in your area.


  1. Before you sign an Agreement to Build, ensure your land is cleared. This will eliminate the need to renegotiate pricing.

  2. If financing, get pre-qualified (Jubilee Builders has “preferred lenders” in all locations where we build)! Collect the necessary documents your lender requires so they’re ready to move the process forward on short notice.

  3. Have a Boundary Survey of your property (as well as an Elevation Survey if you’re located in Bay County and Gulf County, FL). This is necessary for financing as well as ensuring we build your home within the survey boundary lines.

  4. Contact your Power Company and set up a “New Construction” power account. You’ll need a power pole set and made “hot”, so we’ll have power to build. If you have the funds to have a well set, have that done so we’ll have water, too. You can include a well with your financing, simply coordinate the well installer with your financing closing.

  5. Apply for your Septic Tank Permit. This is required for the site visit.

  6. The Agreement will include a budget for a concrete pumping truck (which will be included with your financing), but it will be noted in the Agreement that if a pumping truck is not needed this amount will be deducted from the first Draw Payment and from your financing, if financing, or simply provided back to you via check.


Yes. Construction time varies with the size and complexity of the house. Construction time, of course, can be affected by weather and other factors out of our control. But we strive to complete each home as quickly as possible while assuring quality construction.


Yes...all of our homes are designed to be constructed on quality concrete slabs. However, if your lot has special requirements due to slope, drainage, etc., we can redesign our homes for stem wall or raised monolithic slab.


Yes. All of our homes are covered under our standard construction warranty. Our staff will be happy to help if you need warranty work.


Yes. Our DIY Equity Now Program allows our clients to save on many areas that other contractors won’t allow.


Yes. Upgrades are available on shingles, cabinets, ceiling height, exterior finishes, and much more. We will be happy to explain each one to you.


Yes. Your Construction Consultant will work with you to customize a plan that meets your needs.


Yes. We have associated ourselves with local banks in all of our service areas. We will introduce you to the right bank for you and provide any information they may need during the financing process. 


Yes. The banks we work with are usually able to assume any existing debt on your property and add that into your new mortgage.
